A badly placed sign put in the middle of the footway where it will be an obstruction to pedestrians. It could easily have been put against the low wall on the left edge.

Update 6 Jan 2022: No action was taken by the authority following that report.
The signs were removed from the post in late 2021 but the post remains, see #177376.
