[Image taken 23.11.21] Elmfield Avenue, junction with Malton Road, York. The repaired/repainted speed cushions have no effect on drivers. As here, they can simply straddle them. In fact, the cushions are positioned for them to be able to do so. Yet the impact on other road users is considerable and negative. Other images this junction today: #176080 and links
