Impressive statement about what to do if a bike appears to have been damaged or stolen:

In the event your bicycle has been damaged or stolen whilst using the cycle park.....
Please do the following:

* Call security control room on 01223-354032 and inform them of the incident, Time and description, CCTV will be reviewed immediately.
* Call the police on 101 to report the crime.
* Our security team will contact you within 48 hours to inform you that the CCTV is credible.
* Please call police and inform them that we are holding CCTV footage of the incident, this will then be passed to them.
